As a recent retiree working for Johnson & Johnson, Ed Benson has over 40 years of experience with Corporate 500 companies. For 32 years Ed was employed by Johnson & Johnson where he was the Health Care Compliance Officer for the Johnson & Johnson North America Consumer Companies in Skillman, NJ.

Ed is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA with a BS Degree in Political Science. He was the recipient of a four-year basketball scholarship and captain of the basketball team. For the past 10 years Ed has been associated with The First Tee of Greater Trenton and for the past 15 years a Board Member with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer County.

Since 2018 Ed has served as the Executive Director for The First Tee of Greater Trenton. His primary responsibilities include working with the Board of Directors and Staff to help develop, implement, evaluate and expand programming which fulfills the mission and goals of The First Tee of Greater Trenton.
